International Fellowships
Join the international fellows program to explore
your career interests at one of Sealaska’s international businesses this summer!
Sealaska's international fellows work with our international subsidiaries to gain hands on work experience, offer fresh perspectives and explore futurecareer opportunities. This program offers shareholders who are currently pursuing post-secondary education or have graduated the opportunity to experience a growing industry with international reach. The program emphasizes leadership development, where participants engage in career mentorship and inclusion training to navigate and succeed in diverse business environments.
Students accepted into this fellowship program must be willing and able to commit to the program timeline and travel internationally. Travel and accommodation during the fellowship will be arranged on your behalf.
We kick off our international fellows program with a week-long orientation and opening convening we call Connect Week. This is an opportunity to have all interns and fellows join together in-person before starting their fellowship and connect with each other and their ancestral lands. During Connect Week, we invite elders, staff, community members and partners to lead cultural workshops and professional development sessions. The week is packed with exciting activities, outings, and lots of good food. All travel is fully covered to and from Connect Week, and lodging is available too.
