The 2026 Sealaska Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Saturday, June 27, in Angoon, Alaska. This year’s meeting will take place at the Angoon Elementary Gym, located at 500 Big Dog Salmon Road, Angoon, AK 99820. For shareholders who are unable to attend in person, Sealaska will livestream the meeting through the MySealaska.com shareholder portal so everyone has an opportunity to participate.

Important deadlines for shareholders
 
Shareholder resolutions:
Under Sealaska bylaws and election procedures, resolutions properly subject to a shareholder vote may be submitted by the Board of Directors or by any person who is an eligible voting shareholder and remains a shareholder on the date of the annual meeting (June 27). Shareholders who wish to submit a resolution for a vote must submit their resolution package by 5 p.m. Alaska time on Friday, February 27, 2026.
 
Independent nominees:
Under Sealaska election protocols, any qualified shareholder may seek a position on the Board of Directors by following the independent candidate procedures outlined in the bylaws. These policies give qualified candidates the opportunity to have their names included on the Sealaska proxy, proxy statement and related mailings. Shareholders who wish to run as independent candidates must submit their nominee packet by 5 p.m. Alaska time on Monday, March 30, 2026. You can complete or download the packet online at www.mysealaska.com/NomineeApplication, or request a packet from the Corporate Secretary’s Office by calling 907.586.1512 or emailing corpsec@sealaska.com.
