Sealaska Welcomes Madeline Soboleff Levy
Saturday, February 7, 2026

Madeline brings twenty years of experience in American Indian and Alaska Native law and policy, focusing on advancing advocacy, strengthening sovereignty and building solid political and legal foundations for Indigenous communities. Her work has carried her across many policy arenas, yet her connection to Sealaska remained a steady anchor. She served as an intern in the Sealaska Legal Department in 2011 and later as a Board Youth Advisor in 2013. She now returns in a full circle moment that reflects her lasting commitment to strengthening the future of our people through policy and governance.
As Vice President of Policy and Corporate Affairs, Madeline will guide Sealaska’s policy strategy and advance shareholder priorities at the local, state and federal levels. She believes curiosity is the root of understanding and will bring that value into her new role as she supports Sealaska’s mission and leads our corporate governance functions.
We look forward to Madeline joining us at Headquarters in the coming weeks!
