Independent Candidates and Shareholder Resolutions
Shareholders who wish to submit a resolution to Sealaska for a shareholder vote must submit resolutions and required materials by Monday, February 25, 2019.

Hearts are heavy at Sealaska after the passing of Sealaska director Albert Kookesh, Tlingit leader, former senator, business owner and fierce advocate for Alaska Natives. Soboleff’s passing in early July created a vacancy on the thirteen-member board.
