The meeting will be held at the Angoon High School Gymnasium. Live webcast will be available.

Shareholders who wish to submit a resolution to Sealaska for a shareholder vote, the deadline for receipt of resolutions is on or before Friday, February 28, 2020.
Please contact the corporate secretary’s office if you are an interested independent candidate for the Sealaska Board of Directors and to request a nominee’s packet. You can also download the packet from MySealaska.com or complete it online. To complete on line, you will need to be logged in to your MySealaska account. Hearts are heavy at Sealaska after the passing of Sealaska director Albert Kookesh, Tlingit leader, former senator, business owner and fierce advocate for Alaska Natives. As walls rapidly go up on the new Mendenhall Valley location of the Glory Hall, Sealaska’s board of directors sent a strong message of support for the initiative by committing $50,000 to the project at its December meeting. Soboleff’s passing in early July created a vacancy on the thirteen-member board.
